By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the DryWorksPro platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DryWorksPro provides structural-drying and site-inspection documentation software for restoration professionals, including moisture mapping, equipment logging, daily monitoring, and report generation. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts

- You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business to these Terms.
- Field technicians you invite via a company join code act under your account and your responsibility.
3. Plans & Billing
- Field — $29/month or $200/year. Office (Field + Office dashboard) — $49/month or $349/year. Prices are in USD and may change with notice for future billing periods.

- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Your Data
- You own the inspection records, photos, readings, and reports you create ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

7. Professional Disclaimer
DryWorksPro is a documentation tool. It does not provide engineering, legal, insurance, or remediation advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment or applicable standards (including IICRC S500). You are solely responsible for the inspections, decisions, and reports you produce using the Service.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, suspend the Service for security, or modify it as needed.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DryWorksPro and OmniSpect, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
