Who we are

DryWorksPro, LLC ("DryWorksPro", "we", "us") provides a site inspection software platform for restoration professionals. Mailing address: 2716 E Baldwin Rd #A, Panama City, FL 32405, USA. Contact: contact@omnispect.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, business email, company name, role, phone (optional)
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number
• Product usage: inspection records, photos, reports, GPS positions of inspections, and device IDs — all in service of providing the inspection platform
• Cold-outreach contact data: publicly listed business email addresses (e.g. info@, contact@) sourced from business directories, used for one-time first-touch outreach about DryWorksPro
• Site analytics: anonymized page-view counts via a self-hosted analytics tool

How we use it

• To operate the DryWorksPro platform and deliver your reports
• To bill you (via Stripe)
• To send service-related notifications (receipts, password resets, plan changes)
• To respond to demo requests and support inquiries
• For cold-outreach addresses: one-time first-touch email about DryWorksPro with a clear unsubscribe link

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing contact@omnispect.com. We will respond within 30 days. For EU/UK/EEA residents (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA), the same rights apply by law. For Mexican residents (LFPDPPP) you may exercise ARCO rights by the same contact.

Unsubscribe

To stop receiving outreach or marketing email, click any unsubscribe link in our emails, visit /unsubscribe, or email contact@omnispect.com. Service emails (e.g. billing receipts) cannot be unsubscribed while you maintain an active account.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), AWS / Cloudflare (hosting), Resend or equivalent (transactional email), Instantly.ai (outreach campaigns). Each has its own privacy policy and DPA where applicable.

Retention

Account and product data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is purged unless we are legally required to retain it.
